Connecting Lines in cooperation with the Willy Brandt House
25. January 2026, 14:00 – 16:00
Overbeck-Pavillion

At first glance, Lotty Rosenfeld and Willy Brandt don’t have much in common. She was born in Chile, a feminist and conceptual artist. He was from Lübeck, a resistance fighter against the Nazi regime and later German Chancellor. And yet there are connections: both were shaped by 20th-century dictatorships, and for both it was clear that they did not want to have to hide away; they wanted to be free and play an active role in shaping society.

In this free two-hour workshop, you will get to know them both. Together with Lotty Rosenfeld’s daughter, Alejandra Coz Rosenfeld, we will explore the exhibition “ESTA LÍNEA ES MI ARMA” at the Overbeck Society. Afterwards, your creativity will be put to the test in our Pass workshop: Who do we want to be when there are no limits?

The workshop is aimed at participants aged 14-18 and will be held in German and English.
The workshop is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

Please register with your name and age by January 20, 2026, at info@overbeckgesellschaft.de.

We look forward to seeing you there!
